PointMaxer ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how the PointMaxer iPhone app handles your information — or rather, how it doesn't.
We do not collect any of the following:
Any information you enter into PointMaxer — such as the names and reward structures of your credit cards — is stored exclusively on your iPhone using Apple's secure on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
We have no servers that receive your app data. There is no account creation and no cloud sync. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed with it.
PointMaxer does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. There are no third parties receiving any information about your use of the app.
PointMaxer may request access to your device's location solely to show nearby stores on the in-app map. Your location is used on-device in real time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere. You can deny location permission at any time in your iPhone's Settings without affecting other app functionality.
PointMaxer does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because we collect no data at all, the app is safe for users of all ages from a privacy standpoint.
If we ever update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated effective date. Given our strict no-data-collection approach, we do not anticipate material changes.
